Crispy and soft in the center! Perfect. I’ve tried this a few times… this is the best recipe

The sauce really makes the dish and I had to add more seasoning to the flour mix. The flour coating on the cauliflower didn’t bake the way I thought it would. I think it was because this recipe doesn’t include panco bread crumbs 🤷🏽♀️

Delicious! Meat eater husband likes it also. We used buffalo sauce and blue cheese dip (not vegan) and followed the advice below to create a batter for dipping.

i mixed the flour mixture and the almond milk and made a batter like i saw in other reviews and they turned out SO GOOD❤️❤️

Don’t put them back in the oven once you put the sauce on them, it will make them lose their crispiness. Very good though!

Not as crisp as I would have liked but better than other recipes made a vegan Bleu cheese dip, celery, carrots and parsnip fries
Nice meal

Amazing. I made these exactly as directed, Except I cooked the cauliflower in my air fryer to achieve the perfect crunchy texture

really lovely, all meat eaters at christmas were enthusiastic as well, not crunchy but very tasty, did swap the sauce for bbq

Did what was suggested below and mixed the milk and dry ingredients together beforehand. Turned out great!

Great recipe! Coating gets a little crispy just like real wings. The hint of curry is nice too! I will be making this one again.

These were good. I’ll try like someone else suggested mixing milk and dry ingredients. I dipped mine in wing sauce so as not to soften cauliflower.

Love these! They did turn out a bit flour-y, so I think I’d mix the almond milk with the flour mix next time to create more of a batter to dip them in.
Update: I used the same ingredients, but mixed the almond milk in with the rest. I dipped the cauliflower pieces into the batter and baked as recommended in the recipe. They turned out great!

Thinking of trying this but I live in Sweden and I can’t find any buffalo sauce anywhere... :/ what are the alternatives? I guess making your own vegan buffalo sauce from scratch? BBQ sauce is not an option.. too sweet ;)

Very tasty: a nice vehicle for buffalo flavor, though you could probably use something else, too

Delicious wings!! Somewhat floury after baking and could have been a bit crunchier too, but we ate them with forks and they were delicious!

Awesome recipe! I added sauce to them as instructed but put half back in oven and broiled about 7 minutes more. thought that 1/2 turned out better but really enjoyed both versions!

It was great! Used rice flour instead of chickpea and used Franks Hot Wing sauce. Served with carrot, celery and blue cheese. Everyone loved it!
