It was very good but I misread the chicken stock and used 2 qts instead of 2 cups so it wasn’t as thick as I expected. I’ll make it again with the correct measurements

Wonderful -the whole family loved it I did add a little garlic to the veggies and substituted 1/2 cup milk for half & half

Hit the spot! I added a leek and some diced potatoes I had leftover from prep for another meal. It turned out great - even my hubby, who’s not a big cauliflower fan, enjoyed it.

turn out great, just needed to add a little all purpose seasoning and salt to my taste. Will make again .

This was a big hit at my house. Only minor alterations to the recipe based on what I had on hand. I eliminated the carrots and butter and used vegetable broth instead of chicken.
Very creamy and delish. Next time I'll add carrots.

It’s a great base but definitely needed a little more flavor. I added garlic seasoning and extra cheese. Otherwise, came out great! I used less cauliflower than indicated and skipped on the celery. I made it with almond milk instead and it did not affect the taste (:
(i didn’t use the tabasco)

Excellent!!!
Used heavy cream and pepper jack cheese since that’s what I had and sprinked chives on soup at end

Delicious!! It’s the perfect recipe if you’re cold and don’t know what to do with your cauliflower, I followed the instructions and was perfect!!! It reminded me of the Japanese white stew!

Incredible soup! My husband is a former chef and he enjoys the flavors and textures of this soup. Added leeks and chicken for additional ingredients and flavor. Will definitely make soup again, soon!!

loved it and easy to make, however i did add some bacon to it and on the side some Feta cheese and toasted bread.

Great recipe I added 4 cloves chopped fresh garlic cooked vegetables so they weren’t soggy but had a little crunch also added some mild cheese to the cheddar it was outstanding and easy. My hubby told me to save the recipe next time I’m going to use broccoli in place of cauliflower
