it was my first time making a cauliflower pizza crust. It was fairly easy to make. Removing the moisture from the cooked cauliflower took the most time but laying out the dough was quick. I added a generous amount of spices and the crust tasted good. I’ll make this recipe again.

So easy to make and possibly the best GF crust I have ever made. Will be making it often.

Made last night. Turned out really good. I roasted my cauliflower first so no wringing the water out. Will try for a little thinner next time, too, but again, flavor was great!

Yummy! I followed the directions to a T and added pico de Gallo as my toppings

I don’t think i grated the cauliflower enough but oh well, it tasted pretty good for the low amount of calories that it was

Delicious! Way better than I expected! The crust was a bit softer than I expected but still soooo yummy. I think if I made it a bit thinner that would've helped to make it a little crispier, will try next time! Topped mine with sliced tomatoes, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and basil :)

I think the crust needs to be flipped before 20 minutes or one side burns a lot more than the other. I did mine on a silicone sheet. But it tasted really good. I had more seasoning than it called for.

Honestly didn’t think it was going to taste that good. But it was good! Could barely taste the cauliflower! Wish I would have out just a little more Italian seasoning but will definitely try again!

Overall great, but yes it was a bit of work, though think that comes with practice. Added a little mustard powder into the base and was generous with the seasonings, no parmesan to hand so used 50g of chedder... next time I'll try the right cheese. Husband really enjoyed it, and was fun to experiment with so will do again but will double. One head made a large square pizza which I cut in half.

We loved this cauliflower crust! I will absolutely make it again! We did almost 1/2 pepperoni and cheese, and finished it with fresh basil. Yum!

Super delicious but beware very time consuming. I made the crust verbatim and it was good, in fact I don't believe I will alter on the next time I use this recipe...it's that good. Use parchment paper, spray with non stick cooking spray and still hope for the best that it doesnt stick. Thanks for sharing!

It was very good. I did increase the eggs to 2. I added 1 T of coconut flour also. Next time I will add fresh basil. Even though I oiled the pan, it stuck a bit, but it's crust structure did pretty good. We still used a knife and fork to eat pizza. Maybe adding a bit more coconut flour - some dairy free milk, would make crust a bit more sturdy. I am going to try putting down parchment paper next time. Bottom line - it tasted awesome!

Wonderful! This was my second time trying cauliflower pizza after a horrendous initial trial. This one came out amazing, and I chose to use Parmesan cheese with my cauliflower dough, along with two eggs instead of one. The draining of the cauliflower is a little bit time consuming but incredibly worth it I also divided the dough in half to make two personal sized pizzas as I feared that having too big of a pizza would not hold together. I am thoroughly satisfied with this recipe and I topped a pizza with Alfredo, mozzarella, bacon, chicken and apple sausage, red onions, and mushrooms. I topped the other pizza with homemade garlic pesto, Parmesan, mozzarella, arugula, and bacon.

Healthy alternative to pizza crust! My wife and I love it. We made chicken Alfredo pizza with it. We would definitely make it again!

I am so in love with this recipe !!
It taste like cauliflower but has the exact same texture as normal pizza crust.
I use this every time I make pizza.

Very well! Flavor was great but maybe not as crunchy as I expected definitely I'll do it again. I have added a bit of mozzarella along with the parmesan cheese

I made this and it came out great! But you need a full size full food processor, I have a mini one. Also you must get all of the water out and use parchment paper for cooking. I just add veggies on ours and it was a hit.
