Fantastic! I turned on the broiler for a minute at the end to get that nice browned crunch. My FIL who hates cauliflower had 2 helpings so I call it a win!!

really good! I only had 1% milk and some half & half so I used half of each in place of the whole milk. it was great and supper easy to make 😋

We all loved this❤️ I have already made it a second time and the only thing I changed was the milk we only use skim so that’s what I used and it was fine.

Turn out good. Would make it again, it was simple for me to make, not much ingredients outside of what I had.

Absolutely delicious and not too heavy. I thought with the cheese it would take the healthiness out of the cauliflower but it was perfectly balanced! I added a little garlic powder just for some added flavor... Totally making this again!

It turned out so good! First time I have ever made cauliflower. My daughter loves it! I will be making this again. I only used 3/4 cups of milk so it wouldn’t be so runny.

Easy to make and can be done in advance of meal.
Perfect texture of cauliflower and cheese.

I think my cauliflower must have been larger than 20 ounces. I should have doubled the liquid.
Flavor was good, though for some reason my resident cauliflower fanatic, who picked the recipe, said it was gross.
My wife didn’t like the texture, but she’s weird so not really a valid judge of a recipe.

Used jalapeno cheddar cheese, it was great! I recommend greasing the baking dish. A definite keeper!

It was very good, but too salty even though I'd halved the quantity of salt called for. I also didn't pre-cook the cauliflower, just zapped it in the microwave for two minutes, then put the lot into a covered casserole for 30 mins. Added 15 mins. uncovered mins. for browning.
