Substituted two cups of spelt flower and 1 cup of Tiger Nut flour in lieu of wheat flour. I also used 1/2 cup Erythritol along with 1 cup of regular sugar. The bread was moist and sweet. It doesn’t need frosting. Will try to make without sugar next time and only use Erythritol.

Had to add a little bit of milk to mix the dough and next time will put less sugar, the rest was wonderful, very delicious!
