    Split the honey in half and made up for it with crushed pineapple. subbed in small diced apples for the raisins, almonds for the walnuts and added 5 mins to bake time topped with cream cheese frosting made as directed, amazing.

    This was a hit! I made one small change-added 1/4 of crushed pineapple to cut with the honey (reduced honey to 1/4 cup) Made this for my mom and dad who recently began being “true gluten free” they loved it. I could not enjoy because I am allergic to nuts though!

    Delicious! I left out the raisins because certain members of my family don't like them (not me). I also added a tablespoon of vegan mayo to keep it moist. Yum!
