This is so good I have made it several times—sometimes with cod and one time with tilapia I also added diced yellow potatoes. This is a keeper

Tasty! I used 2tbsp brown sugar and lime juice instead of tamarind paste. I was puzzled the recipe talking about a scotch bonnet pepper not listed in the ingredients and no instruction to use the second tbsp of curry powder. Needed more heat though - I should add some cayenne pepper next time.

I also added a bunch of different spices and herbs, because the amount of coconut milk made it somewhat flat. Also used green and red bell peppers. I will reduce the milk next time, maybe use half broth or tomato sauce? Overall I liked it.

Fantastic recipe! I would suggest adding more season to get a good flavor, other than that it was a hit in our house and I will make this again!

I thought it was really tasty. I did add a bit more seasoning than what it called for.

Very nice, threw in some chilli to add a little kick. Turned out delicious! 😋👌🏽

Beautiful 👌🏻I left the chilli in and used cream cheese as I can’t use coconut and it was delicious
