    Loved this recipe!! Definitely takes a bit but definitely worth it! I added mushrooms and zucchini which I cooked separately and then mixed in at the end. Also added some other seasonings as well at the end, delicious!

    wow! we did a double recipe and it took us about 2h to make but it was really worth it. added some mushrooms after the onions were caramelized, plus some sage and nutritional yeast for extra umami flavour.
