    This was one of, if not the best, pancakes I’ve ever tasted. The apples and caramel adds a decadent dimension that you’ve got to try. It’s a little labor intensive, but well worth the effort. The sauce alone is worth it, as it’s so delicious that you can actually use it for other dishes. My pancakes came out too flat though, but I attribute that to my current skill level. I’m sure I can get them to be thick and fluffy with practice. I definitely recommend this recipe if you want a fun and interesting pancake variation.
