These were amazing! Only sub I used was regular gluten free all-purpose rather than almond flour. I will make these again soon!

These turned out great. I put them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and they were done. I also checked internal temp was 160 degrees. Easier than frying them

Moist and delicious! Would never believe they were turkey meatballs! I make them on a weekly basis!

Really good Meat stuck to pan so made a reduction with cider which was also good And good with tomato sauce Next time I would add more sun dried tomato and basil

My meatballs took longer to cook, so I did 3 min per side times 4 flips. Once cooked through the flavor was awesome. Note the mix will be wet when you incorporate, but easy to divide in half until you hit 16 pieces!

Made these into patties rather than meatballs so they'd be more crispy. Easy recipe but a little time consuming as It yielded into 25 patties (3 batches). May try baking them next time to see how they turn out. Very tasty and will likely be a good substitute for beef meatballs on top of pasta.

Healthy gluten free and delicious. I made them into smaller meatballs and stuffed then w a ball of mozzarella. It came out fantastic and it's quick and easy to make. It's my go to for pasta night or as a good sandwich or w an arugula salad.
