Love it! Used imitation crab and eyeballed the Sirachia Mayo... kinda spicy! Definitely do it again.

we loved it... skipped the nori and added more crab!!! Definitely making it again

The vinegar mixture on the rice wasn't agreeable so we used plain jasmine rice. Our kids liked it, but didn't eat much and typically they fight over california rolls. We would not make this again.

Delicious! This dish was so easy to make and even more perfectly flavorful on point! It was a family hit.

Great dish! My Kids loved it, as well. I would use less crab meat next time. We also substituted the rice for cauliflower rice, which turned out great. Used Garlic chipotle sauce instead of siracha.

Really tasty. Replaced surimi for trout, turned out great! Also added some cream cheese to the rice which made it stickier and much more rich.

This recipe is a quick and easy way to satisfy a “sushi” craving. We make sushi rolls at home but this is a great option for busier days or when cooking for a larger group.

I have made this twice!! Seriously SO good. The second time I made it I used shrimp instead of delectables. Really does taste like sushi!

Great DIY at home version of a California sushi roll in a bowl. Will make again for sure. 👍

Delicious. Everyone loved, next time maybe I will add sushi grade salmon and add wasabi to soya mixture. I used two sheets of Nori . I made a second time and used sushi salmon and tuna instead of imitation crab. Delicious I tried to give 5 stars but it wouldn’t take

This was fantastic! So tasty! The whole family loved it. We’ll definitely be making this again.

Great recipe. The second time I used 1/3 of the Soy/ Rice Vinegar mixture to fold into the protein mix. To me, the nori and crab/ imitation crab have plenty of salt. I’m just weird. Also placed the rice patties over chopped Romaine lettuce and followed the recipe. This is a new mid week classic and meal prep easy. Thanks!

This is a perfect recipe to get all the flavors of sushi without having to roll them up!

OMG tastes just like sushi without too much hassle. I will be making this again!

I bought some imitation crab meat on clearance and wasn't sure what to do with it. This was perfect. I love California rolls and already had most of the ingredients. I used brown 90second rice and just put the crab meat, avocado, cucumber and sirarcha mayo on it. Skipped everything else because I was lazy. It was a great light and yummy lunch.
