    Delicious! Definitely recommend if you’re a fan of eggs Benedict. Followed the recipe as instructed, though I halved it. Took my sauce less than 10 minutes author states it took hers to thicken (maybe 6?). Was my first time doing a completely homemade hollandaise sauce, turned out perfectly and tasted great.
