fantastic! I am going to use cream cheese next time as the filling because the shredded cheese didn't stick in the stuffing.

This was yummy! My boyfriend and I enjoyed this with a side of my mexican rice. Used a 1/2 yellow bell pepper instead of green and baby bella mushrooms, but good nonetheless.

It was delicious. I thought I had chicken breasts. It turns out I had chicken tenderloins. Hit them with a hammer a bit. Seasoned them. Put a bottom layer of chicken down, then the “stuffing,” then a top layer of chicken. Worked out nicely.

This was such an easy dinner and super yummy as well! It was boyfriend approved so I’m sure we will be making it again

It was amazing! I didnt use mushrooms but added more bell peppers instead. Made it with broccoli.

Chicken was delicious. I seasoned chicken on both sides and add seasoning and chopped garlic to the peppers, onions and mushroom sauté. I like a lot of flavor. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and spinach.

Turned out super delicious!!! Used the recipe given, just added extra layer pepper Jack cheese to inside, but other than that used recommended ingredients. Was fun to make and enjoyed this dish. Will make again!!

How can I give this ten stars?? This dish is amazing I made yellow rice and asparagus with it because it’s what I had. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Loved it! I made this recipe with cheddar cheese, sweet onion, green bell pepper and creole seasoning (what I had on hand), and it was delicious! Next time I’ll watch the time a little closer...my son called and I accidentally left the chicken in the oven a little longer than I should have, but it was still very good!

Worked great. Used cast iron pan from stove top to oven! Cooked green beans in the air fryer. It’s a keeper.

Great meal, I took out the red pepper as the kids don't like it spicy. The family is asking for a night of this meal.
