Very tasty, but the rice didn’t cook. Next time I’ll add cooked rice near the end.

Awful, wrong cooking time, seems to have wrong amount of water for the rice, would highly NOT recommend

Made this for a church function. It was a hit! I used some roasted chicken instead of the pork loin. I didn't use the cayenne pepper, but I did use 2 tsp of a cajun seasoning. I'll make this again for myself and add the cayenne and diced jalapenos. Love it spicy!

We used jalapeno bacon sausage since thats what we had and shredded the pork loin that we had left over and added onions, garlic, mushrooms and corn instead of the peppers since we didnt have any...we also cooked the rice with cajun seasoning and bay leaves...so we really didnt follow the recipe but it gave us an idea and it turned out awesome...

It turned out a bit too spicy but I’m not much for spicy foods either. Next time I make it will leave out half the cayenne pepper other than that was easy to make
