Wow! Didn’t have bell pepper so I substituted mushrooms. I reduced the Cajun seasoning by about 1/2 and added 8 oz. of andouille sausage in place of chicken and about 1T of flour at the end to slightly thicken the sauce. I served it over bow tie pasta. Yep! I’ll be making this again!
