    Tasty! Easy! First time making crepes ...ever. only issue was flipping them in the pan. I found that lowering the heat works well and making them smaller so my regular pan and spatula accomplished the job better. I'll be buying a crepe pan and spatula so I can make these often! BIG HIT!

    These crepes turned out amazing! Well these are the first crepes that I have ever made so I do not know if you should take my word for it, but I think that they are the best ones I’ve ever eaten. They were easy to make, easy to cook, and easy to eat! Well, delicious to eat! They are a great breakfast or lunch or even late snack! Loved them :)

    tasty crepes but delicate to make. you really have to give each one it's time in the pan, otherwise it'll fall apart. I added some almond flour, xanthan gum and heavy cream and they turned out great!

    These were unbelievable. My guests had no idea that they were keto. Make sure that ingredients are at room temperature so that they combine more smoothly. This was a HUGE hit!
