    I added some garlic, black pepper and Italian seasoning to my buttermilk before adding the chicken. I used legs , thighs and some boneless, skinless chicken breast strips, all came out great.

    Very tender and juicy. After pan frying I placed the chicken on a wire baking rack over a foil covered cookie sheet. The result was much crispier.
