Great. Though I have found that if you double the buttermilk you get a fluffier end result.

Amazing! The most delicious banana bread I've ever had. The key, as with all banana bread recipes, is to take it out of the oven with the toothpick has just a little bit of goo on it (not a lot of goo, but not perfectly clean either). It continues to cook in the pan after you remove it from the oven, so if you wait until the toothpick is clean you'll have dry, overcooked banana bread.

04-25-2020, used 1 flax egg and a mix of granulated sugar and brown sugar. Great taste , super moist

THEEE absolutely best banana bread ever!! I don’t use the cinnamon tho, husband can’t handle ❤️
