Pretty good, I cooked Swai fish instead of cod and I cooked this dish on medium low heat and added all the ingredients in a separate bowl. I used lemon juice on one side of the fillet since I did not have fresh lemons, I also added a sprinkle of old bay on one side also a sprinkle of Adobe seasoning with Baby scallops to the mix and fresh spinach towards the ending. The only take away would be to use less butter and only add it to the dish as needed.

It was delicious! I had smoked paprika which gave it a richer taste. Paired with garlic spinach and corn.

Great recipe! Added 1/8 cayenne, cut and flipped cod onto all sides through cooking process. Delicious!

My fault. Overcooked the cod, however the taste was really good. Would add a flash of spice

Good and flaky…it was missing something but overall it was good! I will make it again and spice it differently.

It was really good. First time making Cod without batter. Only thing I didn’t care for was the use of paprika. I use old bays creole seasoning instead!! Yummy delicious even with the substitution

Delicious, especially with the browned butter! Next time I’ll make more fish!

Delicious cod and easy to make in just a few short minutes. Cod is buttery, flavorful and delightfully crispy but the surface. Will be adding this to my regular dishes.

Yummy! I played mine over a bed of baby spring greens with a side of heirloom tomato slices fresh from my garden!!! Delicious!! Hubby approves!

This was easy, fast & excellent! The whole family enjoyed. My only issue is I didn’t make enough cod. I’ll have to double the amount next time!

I used this recipe on Icelandic cod filets and it was delicious and simple. Family loved it. Definitely a keeper.

Awesome! I only used 4T butter, 1-2T lemon juice (had no lemons), 1T honey and only had dried parsley...BUT...this was a great recipe! I’m going to try this seasoning on chicken! This is a definite remake!

Delicious! My cod portions were quite thick so needed a little longer to cook. Next time I may switch it up and use Old Bay or simple lemon pepper in the seasoning. Going into the rotation for sure!

I made this for my 74 year old grandma who is fading slowly away on Christmas day. She didn't want the etouffee we were making. She said it was yummy. So I will take it!!! This recipe was so easy to do too!!!

My whole family loved this. I used frozen but defrosted it first. We don’t normally cook with butter so the flavour was rich but delicious. The lemon really cut through the buttery taste to give a lovely tang.
