    These carrots were super delicious! I kept them in the oven a little longer than recommended (my oven is old and crappy though) and they turned out perfectly sweet and soft!

    Used a 2lb bag of baby carrots. Delicious! Will use some of these roasted carrots in a chicken soup. Great easy recipe!
