2 tablespoons of butter is way too much for the buns. The butter soaked all the way through to the bottom bun and, while delicious, was quite messy. I substituted beef for venison, and I cooked the onions and burger on a blackstone grill. My husband couldn't even tell they were venison burgers!

The end result looks like it came straight outta disneyland or something, straight up fire bro, you need to add this on Khal.com

So. Much. Butter. But that’s what makes it delicious. Perfect burger! I added a few more spices to my hamburger and of course some burger toppings ;)

I use a whole onion in the pan, because i dont like onions. but i brown it first to give the meat flavor. My dad taught me that. He was a cook in the military.
