This was pretty good. The addition of kalamata olives helped a lot as would avocado and blue cheese probably. I was able to use the parsley and mint from my garden which I liked. It got better the next day.

This was really good. A lot of flavor, and a hit for dinner. I paired it with grilled chicken. I used mint seasoning, instead of fresh mint, but it tasted fine. I more or less eyeballed the ingredients instead of measuring, and it came out great. It doesn't have to be exact for this to taste good.
