Very good. I used Sweet Baby Ray’s buffalo wing sauce and cooked on 450 instead of 425.

My daughter and I LOVED these and we’ll definitely be making this again. The only difference would be either shortening the cooking time or lowering the temperature, as well as adding more sauce (we used Franks Red Hot) to better coat the cauliflower.

Delicious, I’d definitely make it again really good with the blue cheese ranch dressing

This was a pretty good recipe. I’ll probably make it again. I’ll have to try a different sauce though and use more sauce because I felt like there wasn’t enough sauce to cover all of the cauliflower.

I ended up making my own buffalo sauce from Siracha, Tabasco, and red pepper paste based on a recipe I found on Yummly. I paired it with a Ceasar dressing I whipped up. I found the florets cooked up too quickly. I'd suggest dropping the temperature down a bit.

This was a great recipe. We enjoyed this as an appetizer. We are both on a low carb diet so it was perfect. I also looked up a 0 carb ranch dressing and that made this a perfect appetizer.
