    It was so good and tasty. The tenderloin was extremely tender. A very nice blend of seasonings. And the glaze was awesome.
    The combination of spices is good. But the meat was sooooo rough in the end. I will not try it again

    I marinate the pork prior, so eliminate the salt. We have a personal preference using fresh jalapeno peppers so I diced a couple of those and removed the Tabasco sauce. Also, even though we love the garlic, I also had garlic in the brine so cut that in 1/2.

    This was a nice dish. I though it was a little on the salty side. But I just know not to put as much next time. It was simple and easy to follow. Thanks,
