This recipe was so simple and quite good. I was a little surprised. I would lessen the amount of brown sugar next time I cook this.

This turned out so good. I did one thing different, and that was instead of ketchup I used Heinz 57. My hubby said I was not to make meatloaf any other way.

I added Worcestershire sauce to the loaf and sauce, I cut the brown sugar down to 1/4 cup. I also added some minced garlic and general seasoning salt.

my husband said it was too sweet and needs a more acidic flavor to tip off the brown sugar. i added more brown sugar and ketchup on top for a glaze. it carmelized well in the oven. forgot to put the milk in but it was very good. i enjoyed the sweetness.

Yummy! easy to make. I substituted brown sugar stevia, for brown sugar. it didnt have the crust that regular brown sugar makes, but it was still tasty.

I made it with a little extra flavor by adding black pepper, salt, garlic (light), cilantro flakes, parsley and thyme. I used 50/50 mix of ground turkey & ground lamb. It was wonderful.

Great meatloaf recipe. Easy to make.
I agree with the other reviews, the meatloaf tasted a lot better if you put some salt and pepper on it. So the 4 star is if you add salt + pepper.

Never made a meatloaf before. Mom made it alot. This beats my mom's and my Grandmother in law's. Will make again. wife is picky and she devoured it

I added salt and pepper to taste. Also a garlic clove for extra flavor. It is a family favorite now!

Tasted amazing, 1/2 a cup of onion was a bit much for me though. I also used a little bit of garlic salt and pepper.
