Delicious. My husband is a Cookie Monster but I favor ice cream, so I essentially made these for him to enjoy. But I ended up eating most of them straight from the oven…like 11. They are SO GOOD.

They did not rise at all. looked like a large crepe in the pan. I think the instructions are either missing something or there should be baking powder instead of cornstarch. Would have been awesome cookies had they worked out.

Crisp and just faintly sweet with caramel tones. WONDERFUL when eaten warm; goes great with coffee. Based on color, I might’ve had dark brown sugar instead of light but it worked out fine. 😂

pretty good, could be a tad sweeter though. But for those of you that don't like things too sweet, these directions will be perfect

These were good. Mine turned out like the picture. Loved that these are all standard ingredients, had them all on hand.

Great recipe! Super easy to make. Made them smaller than the recipe called for.

Delicious recipe. I creamed the butter and sugar instead of melting... came out wonderful and fluffy!

These are great cookies!! There is a wonderful snickerdoodle recipe on here that I use. Sometimes making them is too much! This brown sugar cookie recipe is perfect! Tasty and chewy. Yum!

Perfect! Completed the recipe as is and the cookie is chewy in the center with crispy edges. Will make again!

These were fantastic! Super easy to make, didn’t take a lot of ingredients, and really tasty! They did come out smaller than I expected (didn’t spread much on the baking sheet), but they tasted amazing and had a really nice, light cinnamon aftertaste.
