My picky eaters and critics loved it. I love that it was easy and fast to make, I added extra garlic and olive oil.

Pretty plain but I took suggestions from other reviewers and added cherry tomatoes and feta which helped.

Quite simple but handy if you need to be quick or either serve it as a side dish for meat.

About 3/4 of a cup of orzo. Had some sun dried tomatoes in seasoned olive oil, so used the oil to sauté the garlic and added some red pepper flakes too! Chopped up the sun dried tomatoes added with broccoli. Seasoned well with salt and pepper. This salad will be delicious hot or cold. I’ll add some parmigiana cheese when serving. Could add feta, maybe some black olives, Greek oregano for a Mediterranean flavor. Skinnytaste always a winner.

It was really good; I added some lemon zest and lemon juice. I’d definitely make it again.

This is a very light dish. I added about a 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and my kids wanted more cheese.

Fresh grated Parmesan finished the dish nicely. Great flavour. Will definitely make again.

Easy to make needed more seasoning. We had sautéed mushrooms & onions in sherry for steak so we added a bit and it was fabulous

I agree with the consensus that it is very bland, however I added some green chilies to try to add flavor.

This was delicious! I may have missed something in the recipe because I accidentally used the whole box of orzo the first time I made it. It was really good, just light on the broccoli. The second time I purposely used the whole box of orzo and doubled up on the broccoli. It was a perfect ratio and I will be making this again. It’s so simple to make!

Delicious! Probably better as a side dish than main. For my taste, could use a bit more garlic than the recipe calls for...

Good, needs more seasoning in my opinion but that could’ve just been me not being a good cook! ;-)...I will make again though, I just need to get the seasoning right!

This dish was pretty weird. I was already wondering where the taste would come from since it only calls for garlic, salt, and water but I read some other reviews and decided to add some fresh lemon zest/juice and some seasonings and it was alright but I won’t make this again. There are way better, similar recipes out there.
