    This was very good. I used fresh broccoli and lightly steamed it. The flavor of the rice and the crisp tender broccoli was wonderful. We will make this again.

    Very good! I used basmati rice because that was all I had so I left the cover on pot for part of the time
    Loved it! I changed the cheese to a blend of mozzarella, Parmesan and provolone

    Delicious and easy to make. I didn’t chop the broccoli up as fine as the recipe called for, used stems and tops and more than called for. Used a little less cheese, topped it with black pepper and paprika. My husband loved it and he’s the main cook, but was delighted that I made tonight’s dinner.

    My entire family loved this. The risotto was easy to make and delicious. Despite other reviews I think the amount of cheese was perfect. I will definitely make again.

    Used half the cheese & smoked gouda instead. Was incredible!

    Made a vegan version of this recipe and it turned out great. Used vegetable butter and vegan cheese.

    It was good but it was thick n dry so not everyone liked it.
    There was way to much cheese. 1 cup would have been more than enough. I tossed in the trash.

    This was a wonderful dish, however it is ten times better with smoked Gouda cheese instead of cheddar!!!
