My husband liked this dish but it wasn’t very tasty to me. I used mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and plunked 1/4 cup patties onto a sheet pan. They were not quite crispy enough so I sprayed them with a mist of oil and air-fried for 2 minutes before serving. I found them quite bland. I’ll serve the leftovers with some kind of sauce to spark up the flavor.

This was good. My wife and kids loved it. Instead of pepper I just added ginger powder and cumin powder to give a different flavor but it worked.

I made them as recommended and they turned out lovely! Definitely going to make them again and again 🥰

Had to spice these little babies up a bit! Added minced garlic, paprika, crushed red pepper and garlic salt. They were good but were more like mini quiches.

The family really loved these. I made them into little hamburger shapes & put fried french onions on them.

I’m in love with this recipe, I plan on serving it at least once a week from this day forward

My family loves these! Seriously, cannot get enough. I always make extra and then freeze them. A quick microwave from frozen yields a delicious addition to a meal.

They were a quick, easy tastey bite, will make again. Different, but a great take on broccoli

Perfectly delicious. I cooked it in a rectangular cake pot and cut into slices for service

Easy, tasty. Second time to make these because my 14 month old loves them, especially when I shape them like tater tots.

amazing! I used raw broccoli and didn't try to dry it off and it was still very crispy

They were okay. Everything was cooked correctly, but truthfully it just didn’t taste that great. I really like the concept, just don’t think it comes together as well as initially thought.

Very good! I used a lot of the suggestions listed.. I used 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 Parmesan.. wonderful idea. I also used Panko breadcrumbs and they did add some crispness.. also, anything to save time, I didn't steam the broccoli.. it all turned out fine. Will make again!

Loved them. I sautéed the onions first with some crushed red pepper, and added garlic powder to the mix.

it gets 2 stars for the fact it was so simple but as for taste..nah.. I’ll find something else to do with broccoli I didn’t use onions and I used cheddar cheese.

Delicious! I added chopped mushrooms as well! Will definitely make again, great healthy but hearty snack!

My whole family devoured these. I was a little short on broccoli, so I made up the difference with shredded zucchini. Making them again soon!
