Tasted delicious. Added a whole red onion instead of just 1/2 and skipped the sugar. Love this as an easy side to bring to BBQ’s too. Also skipped the apple cider vinegar, the lime gives it enough punch without it; don’t like the flavor of ACV.

Oh my gosh!! SO GOOD!! Even without the lime juice! I stumbled across this recipe in deperation, and it saved me!
