Loved this salad so much, no cranberries but made due and used diced apples which turned out really good.

I tried with cherry tomatoes and some shredded cheddar instead of cranberries ( didn’t have any).
Turned out amazing 👌 will DEFINETLY do this recipe again

It was good. I didnt have cranberries, but had dried apricots I chopped up..that worked well. More bacon is always better! Maybe add pepper too.. my husband and I enjoyed, my son thought it was a bit sweet. Will make again but expiriment with modifying...maybe the dressing?

Made some carb adjustments: monk fruit sweetner for honey, and strawberries for cranberries. Added black pepper, as well. Fantastic!
