Great with bleu and raisins

This recipe needed a few tweaks to suit our tastes. First, I would definitely not use a food processor to chop the broccoli - we much prefer the texture of the florets. Also, I wasn't a fan of the combination of parmesan cheese and dried cherries, so I used old cheddar. We ended up with a product that we really liked by embracing the notion that the recipe can be modified with what we have on hand and what suits our preferences.
