    Is a regular dish I make. I use 3 eggs, omit the cheese, use almond milk, add a little sriracha spice and bake in a springform pan. Dont really measure the broccoli, just steam what looks good. Don’t miss the crust or the cheese.

    Have made it several times with various vegetables. Turns out great but recipe does leave out milk. Great that it is crustless. Fewer calories and carbs.

    Instructions were incomplete. What do you do with the milk? Didn't say. But since I've been cooking long enough, I added it. Also had to put a bit of light cooking oil, else the quiche will turn out dry.

    It was pretty yummy, a really good way to hide vegetables!! I added cauliflower too!
