    This recipe was very easy and tasty Instead of processed cheese I used medium cheddar and it turned out great

    came out perfect. my husband called me the "soup nazi" lol. only change is instead of velveeta i used one can of cheddar cheese soup and a 12oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese. also, just a personal thing but i put a red potato that i cooked in the slow cooker until super soft in the middle of the bowl and smashed it and then poured the soup over it. so good!
