Just made this for breakfast, it was sooooo good. I used only one tortilla instead of two, because I felt that the bread to filling ratio was off. That made it perfect👌 It was very filling. I though I might have a muffin after it, but didn't have any room. I'm a big eater, so I was surprised. If you have a small stomach, you might need to share this one!

I made some changes due to what I didn’t have and it still turned out great even though I’m not a big breakfast fan! I made it for my family and they loved it especially with the side of guac.

Tasty. Wish it were clearer that the green onions are more of a garnish. Could use some bell peppers

I’m picky so I did no peppers but my family loved it!! I buttered both sides of the tortilla it was perfect

Turned out great . I kind of just looked at ingredients and freestyled tbh . I put sour cream , salsa , and Siracha on the side . I used whole tortillas and placed them on top of each other . also served this with a fruit salad as I’m trying to incorporate fruit into my regular meals . Made the quesadilla a little crispy on both sides . Was wonderful will definitely make again .

This recipe was a great idea starter, I made it realizing it didn't have many vegetables in it. I decided to change that after I cooked the bacon I sauteed onions, bell peppers, and yellow squash in the same pan. I whisked my eggs and poured it on top of the vegetables, then I set it to the side. Instead of using regular flour tortillas I used "Missions Garden Spinach Herb Wraps and got them super crispy. I would recommend this recipe and hope you do some cool variations.

This is a keeper, used a little orange & yellow pepper and swiss cheese. It was a hit, with plenty of ways to get creative.
