Quick and easy - that’s what I’m looking for in the morning! Full of flavour, but lack of veggies, so I added some tomatoes to the side 🍅❤️

Excellent! I modified it a bit. Used Mexican cheese and green onion with bacon in it.

it is an awesome recipe. i did take some creative liberty to add some meats, tomatoes and spinach to give it a bit more flavor diversity.

Added sausage, green onions and chopped tomatoes. Also placed filling on 1 tortilla, placed 2nd one over it and then grilled. That’s how they are served in Texas.😀

Probably could have used some salt and pepper. I would probably add some sausage to it the next time.

Loved this super easy, tasty dish! I added onions to eggs and garlic. This was great!
