i loved it! It was tasty, satisfied my need for fluids. typically my first go to is coffee, now it will be on a somewhat regular basis will be a smoothie like this with variations as the supplies dictate.

I love this smoothie! I pack everything but the yogurt, honey and pineapple juice into freezer bags so it is portioned and blends perfectly, plus everything stays good for longer. I recommend cutting the banana into smaller pieces so its easy to add to the blender once frozen. I even got my anti-green drink husband to drink this multiple times so its a big win here :)

This smoothie was really good! For me one serving seemed a little to low For the fruits and vegetable a so I only did half the yogurt but went full in the kale, spinach, pineapple, and banana. Otherwise the smoothie was excellent

I have changed to "Actimel" and I liked it. Did not expect that kale would not disturb at all.

Just needed 1/4 cup more water and I also added a couple dashes of lemon juice. Fabulous.

The recipe doesn’t call for enough water so I added more but it made it a little watered down.

i didn't have pineapples, so i substituted with mangoes and it was very delicious!

I used alpro dairy free yoghurt instead of Greek yoghurt and a whole banana to make up for the consistency. Lovely healthy breakfast smoothie!

Surprisingly good. Definitely doesn’t look like the picture, but still yummy. Only thing i didn’t like was the little bits of kale that didn’t get broken up, but that’s probably just my blender. I will start making this regularly!

Pretty good, but I definitely had to add more liquid for it to blend in my Vitamix. I added at least 1/2 cup almond milk. I used 2 cups of spinach instead of kale, frozen mango instead of pineapple, and 1 tsp of honey.

The Green Smoothie was GREAT! I used a frozen pineapple/mango/strawberry blend because that’s what was at the grocery store (and double spinach because I don’t like kale). I’ll definitely be making this again!

I did not like it that much, but that could be that I don’t like many fruits or vegetables. I wouldn’t make it again.
