I made it to the instructions on the site but added garlic and white onion. Was awesome change, can't eat healthy oats and quinoa every day. 5 Star Rating on 98% of the recipes on Yummly.

These are great! Grab and go! I chopped up ham and put that into mine as well since I had left over from the holidays. It made it that much better. I kept the cheese light and actually used 1/2 vegan cheese to reduce the cholesterol and calories (but stil have a bit of “normal “ flavor for the hubs). Taste great alone but I like to add hot sauce to them!😋

It turned out so good my husband asked me to make it again today! We LOVE this recipe!

I accidentally added too much spinach and I feel like cleaning the tins will be a bit tedious but they came out great anyways! They aren’t flavorful at all but sprinkling some salt on top afterwards is always an option so ^^

Unfortunately I overcooked these a bit (my fault) but it didn't stop them from being delicious! Definitely be more generous with the salt, and don't worry too much about getting the proportions exactly the same.

Turned out really good! I added ham, mushrooms and onions. Sautéed them first together with the spinach about 2mins. Scooped them in the muffin pan and poured over the egg mixture. Topped with more cheese. I used heavy whipping cream instead of milk and I only baked them 15 mins. Soft and not dry. Yummy!

very good. i used onions, peppers, mushrooms and a little bacon. my only complaint is they stick in the muffin tins even with generous greasing.

Delicious. Changed up the fillings to whatever I had in my fridge...breakfast is ready for the week.

Delicious! This is very easy to make. I made this whole30 friendly and it was very easy to do so; I used coconut milk and omitted cheese. However, being whole30 friendly, I was very liberal in my application of spices; I added pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. I ended up with a very tasty egg cupcake. Yum!

I took this recipe and I changed it. Not only did I add onion to the mix but I added bacon bits to it just to have a meat. This dish paired really well with pomegranate seeds.

Awesome! Very easy to make and you can switch up the ingredients. I premake these for the week and it's easy to grab a couple in the morning to eat on the go.

Super easy to make! Can easily switch up the veggies. Usually makes more than expected, and is easy to make ahead.
