    I made this with breakfast sausage that I’d browned in advance. After removing it from pan I then sautéed the potatoes with onion, sweet bell peppers and garlic before adding to dish. It was an easy make recipe and we all agreed that it was delicious !

    Great recipe and easy to add your likes…sausage, more vegetables, etc. Making it for a second time within two days for brunch guests!! A keeper.

    Quick and dirty. 10-15 min of prep, 30 min to bake. Clean the fridge out and make your own version

    This is so delicious! I added sautéed inely chopped red and green pepper and chopped yellow onion and mushrooms to the hashbrowns for more flavor. I’ve also used different cheese blends and it’s always a family favorite! Try it with Italian sausage too. I make this often as it microwaves the leftovers perfectly.
