I added green onion and tomatoes to this and it was excellent. My husband said it was the best breakfast casserole that he has ever had.

This was awesome. I subbed 3/4 cup of sour cream for the 1 3/4 cup of milk (added a splash or two more of milk to the 1 cup). I also added 2 Tablespoons of cream cheese, used bacon grease instead of butter, used a blend of Italian cheeses, along with sharp cheddar, and threw in some seasonings, including onion, garlic, and thyme. Would definitely use this recipe again.

My Casserole turned out great everyone loved it Ive made it before but for some reason it tasted much better than before & it was pretty to look at to!

This was exactly what I was hoping for when I made it. I think next time I make it I’ll use sausage in place of the ham but that’s more a matter of personal preference than anything. Easy way to feed a good breakfast to a group of 5-6 people.
