Always a great hit! I bake in the oven vs crockpot, takes about 75-85mins at 375. Defrost the hasbrowns ahead of time. So good!

Lots of cheese 🤩. I cooked my bacon a little bit more than stated in the recipe. I prefer crunchy bacon. Turned out really good. Keep an eye on it the last 10 minutes of cooking so the edges don’t burn.

This is a great recipe...also a very filling casserole. We had a fresh fruit salad too. Yum! Going to keep this one around.

Very good. Finished baking in less than an hour. Used Fat Free cottage cheese, and it worked just fine. Next time I plan on adding mushrooms in addition to the green pepper.

This is so good! i made this in an 8x8 dish. I used half of each ingredient listed, except added one extra egg and a bit more cheese, also I only used about 4 ounces cottage cheese, 1/4 green bell. I did add season salt and garlic salt, spinach and chives. I loved it, thank you!

This turned out great. I used fried potatoes instead of hash browns, sausage instead of bacon, added red, orange and poblano peppers and a couple more eggs. Turned out fantastic!
