Yummy recipe on Christmas morning.
When I make it again, I will use green/red peppers and onion. Super easy and very good!!

This is a super yummy recipe!!! I had some pepper jack cheese in the fridge so added a bit of that and SO good!!! Make this!!!

I had to switch it up a little since I didn't have any breakfast sausage on hand but I did have a little bit of bacon and some shaved lunch meat ham and cooked those together, I pretty much followed the recipe after that (except for adding extra cheese, 2 more eggs and more rosemary like was suggested) it's a great easy recipe that if you don't have exactly what's called for it's not the end of the world :)
*And as a side note extra time (6-8 minutes) might have to be added due to the extra eggs mine were still runny.
