Perfect. I put the panko in one bowl and parm in the other. I mix it together on wax paper (CHEF'S SECRET) IF I am only making 2 chops, I beat 1-2 eggs depending on the egg size.
If you have Jumbo eggs, you may only need one. IF I have extra beaten egg, I cook it up
and have it on toast. I use WONDRA flour (presifted in a blue round box). It's more delicate
and yields the same flour. I do season the flour with garlic powder, paprika, what ever you like.
The seasoned flour is great.
So put flour on wax paper..Put Beaten egg in shallow bowl

A little dry. Probably should have skipped the oven or checked them before 20 minutes. Still really tasty. I used Italian bread crumbs rather than regular. Also felt like cooking the garlic just to remove it was a bit wasteful.

Really good, I was happy with the dinner I made! However, as another review mentioned, the waste afterwards of the parm and breadcrumb mix is crazy (see picture) I could’ve cut it in half and still would’ve had some left. I coated the 4 1”-thick pork chops really well and still there was a lot of wasted breading. And I found 2 eggs was fine as well, didn’t need 3.

Delicious recipe. I liked how the cheese created a crust and remained crisp.

Amazing.. love the idea of cooking 3-5 minutes each side.. made the pork chops taste sooo Juicy.... And instead of using bread crumbs i used crushed up Corn flakes... made the texture of the meat better

My pork chops were thick so I browned them on top of stove for five mins each side, then baked in oven for 25 mins. I left out the garlic and added a bit more Parmesan. They were tasty, juicier around the bone but overall a nice change.

I had a problem with the breading staying on. Otherwise it was delicious! Not hard to make at all.

Very good recipe, wife loved them because they reminded her of her mother’s. I followed directions exactly up until I put the thermometer in and found it already read 160° so the oven was not needed. They looked very nice, too!
