This is definitely delicious, easy to make.
I love the flavor of the garlic in the greens will do this again very soon.

They were great added some leftover turkey wing broth and a couple stewed tomatoes and don't forget the crushed pepper...😚amazing

I had to substitute garlic powder for fresh garlic, overcooked and oversalted, and this was STILL excellent. Absolutely recommended if you need to make up a side quickly...or if you just want tasty collards.

I added purslane to it because I didn't have enough collards and it turned out so freaking good. I also did not cook it so as much. It was a wee bit firm and the purslane gave it a nice crunch
