JUST WOW! I can't explain how much we enjoyed this recipe. I accidentally read the ingredients wrong and added a tsp worth of crushed cloves then realized it read minced garlic cloves and added that in. The cloves gave it some additional depth but even if I hadn't made the mistake the sauce would have been incredible. Definitely using this again!!

this pork chop was way above a plain pork chop. my husband is a sauce hound and he was so happy with it. i will definitely keep it in my rotation

Very delicious! I added fresh mushrooms to the sauce. The only thing that I would do different next time, use less fresh lemon.

I love wine sauces and this is really good. I made as instructed with pork chops and like it as is.

Delicious! Used bone-in chops instead and still great. I also ended up adding more cream to cut the lemon/wine taste. It was a bit too strong initially.

Pork was very moist, but the sauce wasn't quite right. Next time I will try less wine & less lemon

I needed to double the recipe, but the lemon could have stood to stay at the normal amount. It was delicious, but some bites were just too acidic
