    It turned out really good! I was a little skeptical at first because some of the comments but it turned out great! I ended up using 1 1/2 cups of butter because and it worked just fine. 🍰🫐

    This is a horrible recipe! The oven temperature was way to low to ever cook anything. I at least knew not to try to cook it at 165F. I adjusted it to 350F. I ended up cooking it for almost 2 hours and the center never cooked thoroughly. The recipe is just too thick.

    I have never made pound cake before. Hard to believe given all o have made. This sounded good and it is delicious. But the recipe editing is horrible! For preparing the pan....Where are those ingredients in the list? I used 1 tablespoon butter from the recipe and 1/4 cup white sugar, not in the recipe. After mixing the flour, baking powder and salt i took 1/4 cup of that to toss with blueberries, as the additional amount the recipe calls for is also not accounted for in the ingredients. Like others have pointed out, i did use a full pound of butter in spite of the conflicting information between the ingredient list and recipe. Compared to other pound cakes i researches this proportion seemed right. I really made just one modification. I don’t like super sweet desserts and was afraid that adding a glaze would be too much. But i do like lemon, so i added the grated zest of 1 lemon to the batter!

    This turned out very well! I did notice a discrepancy between how much butter the recipe called for in the list of ingredients versus in the instructions, but I ended up using the two cups it called for in the list of ingredients, and it turned out alright. Very delicious!

    Came out perfect. I am the only girl on my shift at my fire station so they always make me bake something and they absolutely loved it. Was completely gone within 15 mins after adding a nice lemon glaze. Already received requests for a remake. Obviously, I will be making this again very soon lol

    Turned out good. Made a few adjustments though. Replaced plain flour with whole wheat flour. Also replaced eggs with flaxseed paste. Added strawberries, rasberries and blueberries. Loved it, will make it again. Thanks for the recipe.

    It was yummly, I read the recipie wrong and used white sugar instead of light brown sugar. I put lemon glaze it was delicious

    The ingredients call for 2 cups of butter, but in the directions it say mix 1 cup of butter with 2 cups of blight brown sugar. I think there is a misprint in your directions. But the cake came out marvelous.
