easy enough to make. They tasted good but could of been better. I added extra blueberries.

Quick and easy I didn’t let it sit for 30 minutes and used skim milk instead of buttermilk because that’s what I had home My son enjoyed it

I used fresh blueberries and a cast iron skillet and the pancakes turned out perfect. Since it was just me, I ate a bunch and froze the rest for later.

These came out just fine. Like one reviewer mentioned, I’ll have to add a bit more milk next time. My wife and in-laws enjoyed them!

Pancakes had good flavor. I doubled the recipe to begin with, and added half a cup more of milk, i'm cooking for three growing boys who eat as much as my husband😋 One suggestion, to disperse the blueberries evenly, would be to leave them out until the pancake batter is on the griddle. Then drop in berries on each pancake.

Absolutely loved these pancakes, so did my family. I used 2% milk and 1/4 of coconut flour and this did not ruin the recipe... I'm looking forward to making them again.
