I made these pancakes for the first time. Based on other comments I used orange olive oil and 1 cup of milk. Otherwise as listed. First thing I noticed was the the batter was still way too thick. My first two pancakes were too thick to cook properly on the hot plate and had to be discarded. I added ~1/8 cup water to the remaining mixture to thin it even more. The resulting pancakes cooked normally and were quite good. I’ll make these again, but with the recipe mods mentioned.

I’ve made these pancakes about 10 times, following the recipe exactly. My family loves them. It makes 12-15 pancakes, 3” diameter.
Love these!❤️

Terrible recipe. Need to start out with at least one cup of milk if not more. Too cakey.

Good. Added an extra 1/4 cup milk, will try extra 1/2 cup next time as the batter was still quite thick.

There were not enough for 4 adults (I got 8 small, 4-in pancakes) & will be doubling the recipe next time because we were left hungry ... and we're average sized folks (5'5" & 138lbs - I ate 2 and could've easily eaten 4). Very tasty tho - I put the called for 3/4 milk & would probably add another 1/4 next time. Used orange olive oil instead of vegetable oil & added vanilla. Delicious.

Pretty good. A little dense but I am 98% sure it was because I over mixed it a bit because my blueberries were massive. Flavor was excellent, I’ll bump up to a 5 if next batch is less dense. (Using frozen, smaller blueberries next time).

Made them JUST THE WAY THE RECIPE SAID TOO (all i did was sub peanut oil for vegetable oil) and the batter was WAY too thick and they turned out raw on the inside with a hard, burnt outside. Would not reccomend
