I need several improvisations. I swapped half the amount of sugar with stevia. I also increased the baking powder by 50%. Instead of the topping listed, I dusted some briwn sugar on top. Finally, I added half cup chocolate chips when I folded in the blueberries. Overall, the muffins came out...fine. Not as sweet as I'd like (ironic, considering the increase in sweeteners) so I maybe should have increased the salt to add some flavor.

I wouldn’t make this again. The liquid and dry ratio is off. I had to add a lot more milk than recipe called for.

A little dry, but that could have been a fault of my own. Otherwise, they are easy to make and my family loves them!

Fine flavor-very blueberry heavy, used frozen. Need to be more gentle folding them in. More dense than I’d prefer.

Came out delicious! Nice and fresh :) The only thing i regret is not adding more of that sugar topping ontop, it creates such a nice savoury crunch

They turned out great! The berries fit in well, the consistency is nice, I am very pleased. I added some sugar and chocolate to the top before baking, and it is wonderful!

Pretty good muffins, I used thawed frozen blueberries. Instead of milk, I used a 1/2 cup of sour cream. I would make them again.

i could be wrong but by taste and mouth feel, this is a scone recipe not muffin.
4 stars for great taste, easy simple ingredient and crowd pleasing.
if you do not like a drier - crumbly "muffin" this is not your recipe.

I modified as follows: sub 1/2 c almond flour, add 1/2 c oats. sub 1/3 sugar for monkfruit powder. Could do less sugar next time, and a pinch more salt. Fill cups fuller for a bigger muffin. 375 for 22 mins did it.

I made these muffins with mixed berries and they were delicious. The muffins were a little dry, but over all a good bake.

Light fluffy and yummy. I made it for the family & half of the batch was gone just as it came out of the oven.

The taste is great and the proportions are well done! I added a bit of honey and maple syrup for flavor instead of vanilla.

the dough tastes delicious, but after they're cooked they're hard, dry, and not very flavorful. which is odd since the dough tastes like sugar cookie dough!

Delicious! I sprinkled some raw sugar on top in addition to the sugar and cinnamon mixture the recipe calls for to give them a sweet crunch.

So pretty & yummy! I added 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon (x3) of chia seeds and coconut flakes, and accidentally used electric beater for the milk and flour part. It still turned out yummy! Thank u! 💜

Good simple muffins! They were very easy to make, only thing I’d recommend to anymore baking this is adding more sugar if you really like sweet stuff but overall great recipe!
