This was so good! I've made cheesecakes before, but this was one of the best. The blueberry swirl was actually really flavourful baked in. Definitely will make again!

Oh my goodness, this is one of the best cheesecake recipes I've ever made. It was delicious! We had out-of-state company, and their eyes rolled up in their heads! I made it the night before and it was chilled for over 24 hours, and it was perfect. Have shared the recipe a few times now!

This turned out a little too good. Somehow, I have become a designated cheesecake maker for the whole family.
A couple of tips: Let the cheesecake sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 days before serving. It's so much better.
2nd: just before serving, Pre-slice the cheesecake so you don't mess up the decorations. Slice thinly, some fresh 🍋 lemon. Place a dollop at the center and the back of each slice of cheesecake. put the lemon slices on the whipped cream and add a little tiny whipped cream on the center of each lemon slice. You can place a fresh blueberry on each lemon. It's pretty, and the brave found that bite of fresh lemon on top of the cheesecake very enjoyable.

Tastes delicious. Didn’t refrigerate for long enough because I’m incredibly impatient BUT it still tasted fire soooo 10/10

A perfect cheesecake recipe!!! Not too many unnecessary ingredients and not complicated at all; it allows the fruit and cheese to really stand out. you can go totally organic in ingredients without breaking the bank!
i definitely will be making this again, and will try other berries/fruit versions.
